Florida Gov. Rick Scott has proposed mandatory drug testing for citizens who are on welfare. I say it’s about time. If you are someone who lives off the money that other people earn, i.e. taxpayer money, then you should be drug tested. In my opinion if you take welfare money, then you shouldn’t have cable t.v., cell phone, or buy tobacco, or alcohol, or any other unnecessary item. Let’s be honest we all know that a lot the poor folks that take welfare money are also drug addicts. Not all are, but a lot are. Personally, I’m sick and tired of seeing my money, that’s redistributed by the government, going to these lazy dope heads to by pot, beer, and cigareetes. If they want all that stuff then they should try working and paying for it themselves.
